人民来信说吃喝不足直接影响了农业生产

国防办（公）厅负责同志：

有事问明为盼，现在我们这地方的社员都减了吃粮每人每月24斤。吃喝不足，直接应（影）响了农业生产。

另外甘肃水利工程去年4月份把工人饿着不能工作，干部还说庄（装）病。工人不敢说饿。现在同样工人吃不上每天喝2顿汤，不能工作，请您们调查。
